The Humanitarian Association of Voluntary Firefighters of Alcabideche comes to publicly thanks to AutoTranscais for the support given over the years in the transportation of vehicles, due to damages or crashes, of this Fire Department. To date, the several times we have requested support from this company, we have never been charged for any service and assistance has been provided with the best service. This support is essential for our Association so we can be able to allocate the funds that would be spent on these services in investments to improve the capacity of intervention with the population we serve. Undoubtedly, this gesture portrays AutoTranscais social responsibility. We are now available for whatever you consider necessary.

On several occasions, we have used Auto Transcais' services to tow our Fire Department vehicles due to breakdown or accident. To date, the services you have provided to us have never been charged for what we saw with you. I want to thank all the attention and availability to help us for free so we can save quite significant amounts, allowing us to make other investments to improve the ability to intervene with the population we serve, so thank you very much. First of all, I want to thank Mr Reis, driver of the emergency service car, for the availability, professionalism and friendliness that he showed on the day of the accident. It was an important help in a time of despair and confusion.

I hereby come to congratulate your company for having exemplary employees. When we like the service, it costs the same as complaining, praising. On March 03, 2019, I had the misfortune of my car, breaking down in a mountain range far from my residence, where I thought I was going to see a beautiful view, I ended up having this incident. After calling Travel Assistance, it took almost nothing, your employee arrived, of Moldovan citizenship, friendly and affable. He was always with us until the Portuguese Citizen Taxi driver appeared, who did a terrible job. This email serves to give Honor to those who deserve it. I know that Mr (I don’t know his name), was finishing his shift, which in turn extended more than 2 hours of his shift, so as not to leave us alone in a night saw and in the unknown, even having his shift ended, probably family waiting for dinner, this Mr has wonderful Humanity. With the beginning of each year, it is natural to review what has been done and what support we have to achieve these objectives. Some entities have episodically guaranteed the necessary support to this Association.Others, more than an episodic support, seek to guarantee it systematically by making it known that they are always available to help. Among these, which are very few, we include, with particular prominence and admiration, this Company and, in particular, our Dear Friend. The help he has given us and the total availability to continue doing so is for us very grateful for the feeling of generosity and friendship that he so well expresses. Faced with difficulties and problems that occur every day in Associations like ours, they also appear, moments of discouragement are natural. The way to combat this discouragement is to remember the respect that we deserve, not only the men and women of the fire department, but also friends who believe in us and do not abandon us in difficult times.
